How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, though in many cases they leave the warehouse the same day. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. If an item requires additional handling time, we’ll make that clear on the product page. At Jenova Kitchen Co., we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes—orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, email us right away at support@jenovakitchenco.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it will instead fall under our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We recommend carefully checking your package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage—or even suspect damage—make sure it is noted on the delivery receipt. If your order arrives with issues, please email photos to support@jenovakitchenco.com, and our team will quickly arrange a replacement or resolution.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Illinois and only apply sales tax to orders shipping within the state. Orders sent outside Illinois will not be charged tax, which may help reduce your overall costs.
Can I make changes to my order?
Absolutely. If your order has not yet shipped, you can request changes by contacting us at support@jenovakitchenco.com.
